After years of cardio overload (when I could be bothered to exercise) and then JSF-driven weight lifting (when I didn't injure myself or get bored of all the repetition) I've found crossfit and think it might be the right system for me. Group oriented, loads of structure, competitive, exhausting, short, multi-skilling. Am putting my thoughts down for the first five months, which is far enough away to see some difference and not so far my puny brain can't take it.
Our next door neighbor, who is usually so quiet we don't hear a thing, has had West Side Story on three or four times per day since last Thursday. He just started up again. Tonight, Tonight, indeed.
